Please note for Christmas shipping: Order's must be made before 22nd December if you want it to arrive before Christmas. Any orders placed after the 22nd December will not arrive until 4th January 2020.
We’ll send you a tracking number when we dispatch so that you can check progress.
We will either use a shipper that offsets the CO2 of shipping, or calculate that and offset using a biodiversity-friendly scheme (we’re working on getting that audited for transparency).
My order hasn’t arrived
We’re sorry about that. If you haven’t received your order within 5 days and haven’t heard from our team already, please send us an email with your order number and we will look into it straight away. firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I try before I buy?
We often do samplings and events in our stockists, but currently don’t provide miniature samples. Please take a look at our Instagram feed for some of the bars and restaurants that stock us.
Returns and Exchanges
If you’ve changed your mind and want to cancel your order, get in touch with us at email@example.com . If your order has already been dispatched you cannot change or cancel your order, however you can return your order for a refund less shipping cost as long as the bottle is unopened, sealed and undamaged.
Our returns and exchange policy is 30 days. We are able to refund or exchange any orders that arrive faulty or damaged. Sometimes we will request evidence of this, so be sure to snap a photo if the outer box or product is damaged.
