The Bloody Mary

INGREDIENTS

  • Bôtan Juniper Garden  25ml
  • Tomato juice* 100ml
  • Lime juice 1 tablespoon
  • Worcester sauce 5 dashes
  • Tabasco 3 dashes
  • Salt & pepper 1 pinch each
  • Rosemary 1 sprig for garnish
  • Ice cubes for serving

     

    METHOD

    1. Take a highball glass
    2. Fill with ice blocks
    3. Add Bôtan & the fresh lime juice
    4. Add the tomato juice
    5. Add three dashes of Tabasco
    6. Garnish with a stalk of celery and mix it together

     

    * This recipe is made with unspiced tomato juice. If you want
    the easy version, you can choose the Big Tom tomato juice
    and skip the Worchester, Tabasco, salt & pepper.
