
Ingredients
- Bôtan Oriental Roast → 25ml
- Sparkling water* → 100ml
- Lime juice → 1 tablespoon
- Sage → 3 leaves for garnish
- Ice cubes → for serving
Method
- Fill the entire glass with ice cubes.
- Add Bôtan, top with sparkling water and lime juice.
- Stir 3 times.
- Garnish with Sage leaves.
*We like San Peligrino, Perrier or Bru.
