
INGREDIENTS
- Bôtan Juniper Garden → 25ml
- Tomato juice* → 100ml
- Lime juice → 1 tablespoon
- Worcester sauce → 5 dashes
- Tabasco → 3 dashes
- Salt & pepper → 1 pinch each
- Rosemary → 1 sprig for garnish
- Ice cubes → for serving
METHOD
- Take a highball glass
- Fill with ice blocks
- Add Bôtan & the fresh lime juice
- Add the tomato juice
- Add three dashes of Tabasco
- Garnish with a stalk of celery and mix it together
* This recipe is made with unspiced tomato juice. If you want
the easy version, you can choose the Big Tom tomato juice
and skip the Worchester, Tabasco, salt & pepper.
