This non-alcoholic highball cocktail is based on the spirit Pine Haze. Pair with Scandinavian food like Gravad Lax or raw fish. Tip? Change sparkling water to regular tonic water and build a refreshing Gin & Tonic.
- Bôtan Pine Haze → 25ml
- Sparkling water* → 100ml
- Lime juice → 1 tablespoon
- Lemon verbena or mint → 3 leaves for garnish
- Ice cubes → for serving
- Fill the entire glass with ice cubes.
- Add Bôtan, top with sparkling water and lime juice.
- Stir 3 times.
- Garnish with verbena or mint leaves
