Ingredients

  • Bôtan Oriental Roast  25ml
  • Sparkling water*  100ml
  • Lime juice  1 tablespoon
  • Sage  3 leaves for garnish
  • Ice cubes  for serving


Method

  1. Fill the entire glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add Bôtan, top with sparkling water and lime juice.
  3. Stir 3 times.
  4. Garnish with Sage leaves.


*We like San Peligrino, Perrier or Bru.
